Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the correct solar inverter size for my home?
The right size (measured in kVA or kW) depends entirely on the total wattage of the appliances you want to power. For basic needs (lighting, fans, and a TV), our 300w to 1000w system is usually sufficient. For heavier loads (like refrigerators and air conditioners), you will likely need our 3.6kVA or larger inverter.
What is the lifespan of your solar inverter?
Solar inverters generally last between 10 to 15 years. Because they work hard to convert power and handle voltage fluctuations, they often need to be replaced at least once during the 25+ year lifespan of your solar panels.
Does your solar inverter have any warranty?
Yes. Our solar inverters have a two years warranty.
Can I generate solar power during the rainy season?
Yes. While cloudy days and heavy rain will reduce your overall output compared to sunny days, your solar systems will still generate usable energy.
How does solar CCTV camera work?
The camera runs on a rechargeable battery powered by an attached or separate solar panel. The panel converts sunlight into electricity to run the camera and charge the battery for nighttime use.
Does solar CCTV camera need a constant internet connection?
Yes, most models require a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network or a 4G LTE cellular SIM card to stream live video, send alerts, and save footage to the cloud.
Can I install the solar CCTV camera myself?
Absolutely. Because it is 100% wire-free, you do not need an electrician. Just mount the camera and panel using the included screws, then connect it to your smartphone app.
How can I get my order?
You can pickup your item from our store or we can ship to your address. Please note that customer bears the shipping fees.
